She oversees every facet of Aspire’s communications, from social media, digital advertising, and email marketing to website management, content creation, and large-scale event planning. Her goal is to ensure patients experience a consistent, engaging, and welcoming connection with Aspire—whether they’re encountering the brand online, in the community, or inside the practice.
With a strong background in healthcare and a natural passion for storytelling, Tara thrives on creating meaningful connections between Aspire and the Fort Wayne community. She works hand in hand with the clinical team to highlight patient stories, showcase innovative treatments, and keep Aspire’s brand aligned with the ever-evolving aesthetics industry. With exceptional attention to detail and strong leadership, Tara plays a key role in bringing Aspire’s most impactful events and marketing initiatives to life.
Her favorite part of her role is cultivating an environment that fosters confidence, trust, and education for patients. She values being part of a collaborative, patient-centered team and takes pride in helping Aspire empower individuals to feel their absolute best.
Outside the office, Tara loves exploring Fort Wayne’s local food and events, spending quality time with her family, and doting on her 100-pound Goldendoodle, Stanley, who never fails to keep life interesting.
