It’s important to ice underarms for the few days following your procedure. We also recommend mild pain medication (such as ibuprofen) to minimize the swelling and discomfort that you may experience from the treatment. Keep the treated area clean by gently cleaning it with hot water and a mild soap. Refrain from vigorous activity for a few days before returning to normal activities.
miraDry has minimal side effects. Side effects may include swelling, slight discomfort, tenderness, bruising, tingling, numbness, and loss of hair in the underarm area.
