Our Philosophy

Scheduling your Consultation

Cosmetic consults with Dr. Lee require a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment.

Breast Implant Illness consults with Dr. Lee require a $100 deposit to reserve your appointment due to the extended time needed.

Skincare consults require a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment.

Special Event Reservations

We frequently offer exciting events with exclusive discounts at Aspire Plastic Surgery, including injectable events and peel events. These events will require a reservation fee, which varies based on the type of event.  100% of this fee will be applied to the purchase of specific products and/or treatments the day of the event.

If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, we cannot refund your reservation fee.  Additionally, if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment during our special events, we will need to reschedule your appointment.  If our products or services are discounted during the event, you will not receive this discount at your rescheduled appointment.

Appointment Cancellations or Rescheduling

To be respectful of other patients and our service providers, we do require a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  Any appointment canceled without 24 hours notice or a no-show will result in a $50 fee.  Patients will be responsible for any costs arising out of any legal collection proceedings necessary to collect any unpaid account, including any and all attorney’s fees.

After three no-shows or cancelled appointments without 24-hour notice, Aspire Plastic Surgery will not be able to reschedule your appointment.  Dr. Lee and the Aspire Plastic Surgery team cannot conduct a viable business of providing timely and quality care if you continually cannot commit to your appointment.

I really appreciated the concern and personal touch of receiving a post-op phone call by both the nurse and Dr. Lee. It is comforting to know that Dr. Lee is a very talented artist whose skills tie in with his work. I can speak about someone whom I was in a romantic relationship with who went to see Dr. Lee for a consultation and then to have two fairly significant procedures done. Additional Appointment Information

For the safety of your children and our service providers, unless your child is receiving a procedure, children are not permitted in our office due to the hazardous nature of our lasers, needles, and chemicals.

Please be respectful of other patients and silence your cell phone upon arrival.

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment.  This extra time will allow us to update your medical history and patient information to ensure the highest quality care!  Delayed arrivals will not result in extended service time.
