Blair Wegner is a licensed esthetician and laser specialist with over 15 years of experience in the aesthetics and cosmetic industry. A proud valedictorian graduate of Rudae’s School of Beauty Culture, Blair has built her career around a passion for skin health and advanced, results-driven treatments.
She specializes in cutting-edge laser modalities including BBL, HALO, MOXI, TRL Deep Resurfacing, as well as advanced technologies like Diamond Glow and microneedling, customizing each treatment to meet a wide range of aesthetic concerns. In addition to treating patients, Blair serves as a national educator and speaker for Sciton, SkinMedica, and DiamondGlow—one of the few estheticians in the country trusted to train and inspire fellow professionals nationwide.
What drives her most? Helping clients not only see visible results, but truly recognize their own beauty reflected back at them.
When she’s not in the treatment room or on the road, you’ll find Blair spending time with her sons and two pitbulls, or catching a show at the theatre.
