In the first 4 years as Aspire we have performed 108 breast lifts individually or in combination with an augmentation.
Post pregnancy changes and gravity continue to pull on the breast tissue making it ptotic or droopy. Adding volume with an implant will give a small amount of lift, but often the tissue needs to be tightened and physically lifted to a more desirable position. Depending on the degree of ptosis the type and extent of mastopexy can vary greatly. All incisions are placed specifically to hide beneath a bra, clothing and swimming suits. There is minimal discomfort with a mastopexy alone and recovery is very quick.
