Botox® is the most popular non-surgical cosmetic treatment and has been on the market for many years. It uses a diluted form of botulinum toxin, which temporarily paralyzes the muscles. The product also contains lidocaine, which numbs the treated area.
Radiesse® is an injectable filler which stimulates the body’s natural collagen response. This helps to fill in wrinkles and improves the skin’s appearance over time. The product is intended for use in the wrinkles around the nose and mouth, areas of fat loss in the face, or to minimize signs of aging in the hands.
