We love our traditional holiday dishes, but we also love how we feel when we don’t abandon our healthy habits. That’s why we particularly love this recipe from Fit Foodie and Urban Body owner Jennifer Wright. Holiday Quinoa includes lots of immune-boosting spices and vegetables in addition to the complete protein of quinoa. It also looks and tastes amazing.
